If You are nothing without the suit, then you shouldn't have it

 

It's the Man inside and not the Suit. The suit does not make You Iron Man. You do.

And then, in the marvel Spiderman movie, you have Iron Man telling something similar to Spiderman ...

"If You are nothing without the suit, then you shouldn't have it"

The SUIT is your Position, your Designation, your Seat at the Table.

While that adds your influence; that's not what makes You.

That's not where your Power lies.

If you are nothing without your Designation, then you shouldn't have it.

As a Leader, you create your own influence and impact.

Its YOU who does that and

you should not be dependant on your position to do it for you.

Or as Anupam Kher said to Akshay Kumar,

"Asli Power Dil main hoti hain"

(The real power resides in your heart)
