Your Challenges are weighing you down

You want to fly!

You want to soar like a rocket!

You want to go far beyond the limits!

but you can't.

but you won't.

Simply because all the challenges that you face are creating hurdles in your life, they are holding you back and weighing you down.

If you want to achieve the goals that you have set, one of the things that you need to do is identify all the challenges that are holding you back and start working on overcoming them.

In fact, I would recommend that you begin by listing all of the POSSIBLE CHALLENGES that you have faced in the last three years, including those that you have successfully overcome.

a.  Challenges which you have successfully overcome completely

b.  Challenges which you have successfully overcome but only partially,

c.  Challenges that you have not been able to overcome.

List them all down.

The challenges that you successfully overcame are your INSPIRATIONS. They tell you that you can overcome your challenges. It's a matter of putting in the right intent and effort.

The challenges that you have overcome partially tell you that NO TASK IS IMPOSSIBLE. There are things that take a bit of time, but you can definitely overcome them.

You are halfway there or a quarter of the way there, but you will soon overcome them completely, so don't give up. Keep trying.

And now we come to the challenges that you have not been able to overcome.

Well, no problem at all. We continue to work on overcoming them. It's a matter of brainstorming how are you going to overcome challenges

If you are not able to figure it out all by yourself, just gather up a few friends, Talk to a mentor, coach, or guide whose opinion you value and who you think can help you get past these problems.

Talk to them, get some ideas on how you can overcome the specific challenge, and you will pretty much have a recipe or at least a few options on how you can overcome those challenges.

With all this done, you have now identified the challenges. And either you are in the process of overcoming them or you now have ideas for overcoming them, which means they are not going to be a hurdle in your path.

Challenges will no longer be a big problem.

When you find a way to overcome a challenge, it ceases to be a challenge.

Having this kind of attitude towards challenges and having this kind of information at hand on how you have overcome challenges and what kind of efforts you are putting into dealing with your challenges is something that will come in handy during the job interview.

An interviewer would definitely ask you something about facing challenges or difficulties and how you managed or handled them. The inputs from this thought process about challenges will be handy in answering those questions.

Remember …

When you find a way to overcome a challenge, it ceases to be a challenge.
