Jaaneman - O! What a surprise :)

Jaaneman ... A recent release from bollywood ...

To start with ..
When i heard of a movie called Jaaneman .. i said Not Again ... yet another stupid romantic ...
When i heard of Salman Khan being the lead star .. i said Not Again ... when was the last time he 'acted' ...
When i heard of Akshay Kumar being supportive actor ... i said Not Again ... a la Dil to Pagal Hain ...
When i heard of Priti Zinta having a new born baby in movie... i said Not Again ... isnt she getting tired of being Pregnant in movies ...
When i heard that the movie was good from my friends ... i said Not Again ... oops .. no no .. i did not say that .. i just said ... NOT AGAIN (loud and clear)... I saw DON on your reviews ...

But Damn ... how can i not listen to my friends ... and so I saw it ...

And BOY .. was i surprised ...
Jaaneman turned out to be everythign that DON was NOT ...

Great Movie, nice dialogues, fantastic screenplay, fantabulous creative and art direction , superb Direction and choreography, amazing camera work ... and .. performances i really appreciated ... Salman acted .. Yes ,, he really did .. and so did Priti and Akshay ... the movie had a fine mix of emotional content as well as its required dose of humour ...

My personal recomendation ... Go .. have a nice time watching the movie ...

    Your new found interest in movies surprizes me ....

    But i do think the movie is still passing off - i mean its not don't-miss-it types right?

    Also with so many targets n deadlines lined up in front of us - there's hardly any time to spend.

    Well I was planning to watch this movie today or tomorrow and when I saw your blog title just 'title' i thought Not Again.....i mean a critical review which will discourage me from watching the movie(remember DON)....but i found it pretty interesting....will surely try and watch janeman this weekend..!!!
