Change Management at S P Jain Dubai

Interacting with 'experienced' students is a different kind of fun ... they challenge you at a different level altogether.

Last week, I was at SP Jain School of Global Management - Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore & Sydney to take a session on Change Management for the students of their 'Global MBA' program students who are currently in Dubai.

It was great to share my perspective and experience with inquisitive and sharp minds. Rather than even attempt 'teach' Change Mgmt; my approach was to help them see that change management is not just a corporate concept but the very fabric of life and one could learn from personal experience as much as from books, models and frameworks.

it was fun !! Hope the experience of the experienced 'students' was the same :)

The Best way to learn is to share and teach ... so my assignment for the class is to share their learnings from my session on linkedin.

In the past few years, I have had the chance to interact with students at National Institute of Industrial Engineering and Westford University College along with a few other institutes.

Each interaction is a learning experience in itself.
