The 80-hour Work Week
I recommend working for 80 hours a week !!
40 Hours for Your Employer ... your work, your livelihood, your income source
40 Hours on YOURSELF ... your growth, your learning, your health (mental and physical), your relationships
That's the #WorkLifeBalance you should be aiming for (rather than commenting or debating about what some Leaders are saying about working hours)
GrowthHack: You can reduce that 80 hours to 70 or 60 or even less WHEN you can merge the two - working on your personal growth while you work for your employer :)
