Mistakes Scare Us




Mistakes scare us. 
We fear making Mistakes
Most people take the Ostrich 
approach to their own mistakes. 
They put their head in the sand and 
simply assume that no one can see them 

But it starts within. 
Starts with a Denial.  
We don't even want to 
actively think about them 
- before they even happen, 
- while they are happening, 
- after they have happened. 

Go through your Mistakes
Grow through your Mistakes 
Mistakes are just that .. mistakes. 
They are nothing more, nothing less. 
Mistakes are simply natural part of us 
Mistakes are great learning opportunities 
Mistakes are a chance to pause and reflect 
Mistakes are an excuse to laugh at ourselves 

We got to normalize the concept of mistakes. 
Treat them as an integral part of our journey. 
We are told that they are very much a part of 
the Learning Curve of our life and career growth. 
In fact, they are crucial and stepping stones too.

    It is an old joke that the difference in the first class and second class of the Mumbai local trains is that people in first class use deodorants and hence you are exempted from the smelly underarms while travelling. The mute point being; both class of travel experience a passenger overload during the peak hours and you are almost equally squeezed and pushed around in both.
